American Regional Cuisines

November 4-8, 2024

Participants will take a tour through North, Central, and South America as well as the Caribbean Islands learning about the cultures that have created the cuisines of those regions. Hawaiian ingredients will be featured throughout the menu offerings, helping participants understand how to apply regional flavors to local ingredients.
