Designed exclusively for private and military flight attendants, this immersive three-day culinary program equips participants with the skills and confidence to prepare, present, and serve exceptional in-flight meals in the unique environment of business aviation.
Through a combination of interactive lectures, chef demonstrations, and extensive hands-on production, participants develop essential culinary techniques while learning the specialized practices required for premium in-flight meal production. The program emphasizes practical application, enabling participants to build confidence in preparing, finishing, and presenting meals that meet the unique demands of onboard service.
