Second Prize: Scholarship of $7,000
Third Prize: Scholarship of $3,000
Objective
Create an original/non-traditional dish using Unilever Food Service Products. Eight finalists will compete in a live cook-off event held at the CIA Hyde Park Campus on November 16, 2024 for prizes.

Download the Unilever Food Solutions Future Menus Trend Report. The report details how the following trends will come to life on menus and how chefs can put them into action in their dishes:
Modernized Comfort Food
Low Waste Menus
Irresistible Vegetables
Local Abundance
The New Sharing
Create an original/non-traditional dish that aligns with at least one trend from the report and incorporates at least one Unilever Food Solutions ingredient from Hellmann’s or Knorr.
