First Prize: Scholarship of $12,000

Second Prize: Scholarship of $7,000

Third Prize: Scholarship of $3,000

Objective

Create an original/non-traditional dish using Unilever Food Service Products. Eight finalists will compete in a live cook-off event held at the CIA Hyde Park Campus on November 16, 2024 for prizes.

8 semi-finalists announced October 10, 2024

Development of recipe with CIA mentors October 11- November 16

Local Abundance

The New Sharing

Create an original/non-traditional dish that aligns with at least one trend from the report and incorporates at least one Unilever Food Solutions ingredient from Hellmann’s or Knorr.
