2024 Rutgers Residential Dining Culinary Training

Two day training session for the Rutgers University Residential Dining Chefs to be held at the Livingston Dining Commons. The menu will include Global cuisines from Asia and Plant Forward recipes with the classes being help at the Livingston Dining Commons Kitchens. The following materials will be useful during the training and will provide you with all of the recipes prepared and lecture materials.
