How to Enter

- Create an original 60 second video about how you would use Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI in a savory or sweet dish.
- Submit your recipe and video via email or through your CIA One Drive account to David.Kamen@culinary.edu
- If you are selected as a finalist, you will cook your recipe for a team of CIA judges.
3 winners will go to Italy
