Participants will revisit core cooking methods and techniques, applying them through the lens of global cuisines to deepen both technical mastery and cultural understanding. With an emphasis on train-the-trainer strategies such as giving engaging demonstrations, providing effective feedback, and understanding the culture of mentorship, chefs will learn how to effectively present, coach, and transfer culinary knowledge in professional kitchens, classrooms, or team settings.
