Two day training session for Good Eating and Sodexo that focuses on Plant Based Cuisine challenging Chefs from this division to try new recipes that emphasizes Plant based Proteins and on the second day will challenge them to take a tray of ingredients and create three dishes without using animal based protein. This two day class is at the CIA campus at Copia in Napa, California.
